Good morning! Yes I had an almost perfect shopping experience with Converse.ca. Not ‘all star’ rho. Had a bit of a challenge collecting my parcel. UPS delivery with best intentions didn't call me on my phone upon arrival at my address (as requested on delivery order slip). Instead attempted to contact me via the enter-com system at my condo building … to which not all units are connected. I was waiting at home for delivery at day and time converse email notification instructed. UPS left a ‘sorry we missed you’ sticker. But it was unclear whether delivery would be the next day or that I was required to pick up at a UPS office. It did not say where that UPS location was for pick up and I spent 24 hours making phone calls and online trying to locate the correct UPS location. Frustrating not to be able to speak with a real person. Ultimately, happened upon a UPS Delivery truck in my neighbourhood, showed the very pleasant driver my ‘sorry we missed you’ notice and was directed to the correct location for pickup. So I was eventually successful and must say UPS folks (the real people). were very pleasant and helpful. So not really a complaint here … just a but if info that might help with UPS delivery info in future. By the way … I LOVE my new Jack Purcells!! Have purchased them regularly since first purchase in 1960! Will continue to do so and found online purchase (first time) perfectly easy. Many thanks!!
