Converse Canada Changes Starting August 2026
We’re continuously striving to serve creators through innovative products, exclusive experiences, and premium services. As part of those efforts, local service partner Mint Green Group will be handling Converse.ca operations starting August 1, 2026. We’re excited to share the following benefits:
- Shop new styles and curated collections
- Easier returns and exchanges with drop-off locations across Canada
- Free shipping on orders over $100
Here's what's changing:
- Converse account logins created prior to August 1, 2026 on Converse.ca will no longer function. You will need to create a new profile.
- Access to order history and gift cards prior to August 1, 2026 will be unavailable through the account page. Please contact customer service.
- We’re updating our Terms of Use, Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy as part of these upgrades.
