Comment trouver votre taille

Étape 1
Trouvez une surface dure et plate, puis fixez une feuille de papier vierge contre un mur. Placez votre pied sur le papier, le talon contre le mur, et tenez-vous droit.

Étape 2
Demandez à un ami de marquer la partie la plus longue de votre pied (appelée longueur talon-pointe) sur le papier avec un stylo ou un crayon, ou mesurez-vous vous-même si nécessaire. Répétez l’opération avec l’autre pied, car les tailles droite et gauche peuvent être différentes.

Utilisez une règle pour mesurer la longueur talon-pointe que vous avez marquée pour chaque pied.
