Very comfortable and they look completely waterproof to me not just water repellent but I guess I'll find out once I wear them in heavy rain. The sizing is perfect. I usually take a size 9 so that there is room for my orthotics. The site said to order a half size down so I got an eight and a half and it works perfectly with my orthotic. Very stylish and the only thing is that I wasn't quite sure how the laces go through the ribbons in the middle of the tongue at near the top. I'm sure I'll figure it out and hoping that the hooks at the top last! I like my shoes tied tight so I don't want to over pull the hooks but they do look cool.
