Étape 1
Trouvez une surface plane et dure. Collez une feuille de papier vierge contre un mur. Placez votre pied sur le papier, le talon contre le mur, et tenez-vous droit.

Demandez à un ami de marquer la partie la plus longue de votre pied (appelée « longueur du talon aux orteils ») sur le papier avec un stylo ou un crayon, ou mesurez-vous si nécessaire. Répétez l'opération avec l'autre pied, car les pointures des pieds droit et gauche peuvent être différentes.
