Why was my payment declined?
For security purposes, your billing address must match the address your bank has on file for your card. If your payment is declined, contact our Customer Service team for more details or help completing your order.
Do you price match or offer price adjustments?
We don't generally offer price matching, but feel free to contact us to inquire; we'll attempt to accommodate your request based on current pricing conditions.
We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases, so past orders can't be credited or adjusted after the sale is complete.
Do you charge sales tax?
All purchases are subject to applicable sales tax, including shipping fees. If your shipping address is in a different province or territory than your billing address, sales tax is based on the shipping location.
Does my billing address need to match the one associated with my credit card?
Yes, your billing address must match the address on file with your card issuer for verification purposes. Your shipping address, however, can be anywhere in Canada.
