Why is my payment declined?

How do I cancel or change an order?

We want you to enjoy your products ordered from converse.ca as soon as possible. Therefore, once you click 'Confirm Order', your order information is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. This means that we will not be able to cancel or make any changes once your order has been confirmed. How do Gift Cards work ?

  • Gift Cards purchased online can only be redeemed on converse.ca.
  • Gift Cards are not redeemable at any retail location or other websites.
  • Gift Card sales are final and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
  • When returning merchandise that was purchased online using a Gift Card, the original gift card will be credited its respective amount.
  • Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
